| Prayer #1: Gratitude (V.33) This is the first in a set of three works for violin solo and string orchestra. The three Prayers were my way of responding certain events in my life, and all take a similar form and ensemble. The string orchestra, in slightly different divisi for each Prayer, also set a similar form for each, as the soloist in each plays a similar role.
