| Bless this House (V.131) Using the classic poem, Bless this House is a beautifully meditative setting of words to celebrate the dedication or anniversary of a church. Composed for the 108th annivesary of Sancta Maria Maris Stella Parish in Beverly, MA, Bless this House is scored for SSATB choir, unaccompanied. The poem is set strophically, with each section brought to life by characteristic rhythms and motifs, with an overall harmonic progression which give the piece unity and repose. Advanced difficulty.
